How to read it

Time: time to first byte measured from Cloudflare's Worker (close to TTFB; redirects included). Above 800 ms reads as slow.
cf-cache-status: HIT came from cache; DYNAMIC is normal for HTML (not cached by default); MISS/EXPIRED first request or expired.
content-encoding: br (Brotli) is best, gzip fine, empty means no compression.
alt-svc h3: HTTP/3 (QUIC) advertised; Cloudflare → Network → HTTP/3: On.
cache-control: short for HTML (max-age=0 or s-maxage), long for static files (max-age=31536000, immutable).
