Terms of use
Draft: provided for information until legal review is complete.
By using seops you accept these terms. Questions: contact@seops.app.
The service
seops shows Search Console, Analytics, ranking, index, audit, page-speed, Cloudflare and AI-visibility data for sites you own or are authorised to manage, produces alerts, weekly summaries and tasks, and offers an MCP connection for AI assistants. Features marked "in development" may change or be withdrawn.
Account and sites
- You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
- You may only add sites you own or are authorised to manage. Ownership is verified by DNS record, file or meta tag; unverified sites are deleted after 7 days.
- Whoever verifies ownership of a domain may take over a record of the same domain added without verification by another account.
- A workspace owner may invite team members; the owner is responsible for their use.
Pricing and capacity
- The first site is always free and includes 100 site credits a day.
- Each extra site costs $2.50 per month and adds 100 daily site credits. An extra credit pack (500 pack credits a day) costs $1 per month; you can buy as many packs as you need.
- Daily credits renew every night and do not accumulate. Site credits are spent by site audits, page-speed runs, URL inspections and data refreshes; when they run out, pack credits are used. AI-visibility answers and AI prompt generation run on pack credits only; the dashboard shows the credit cost of each operation and of each AI engine before it runs. With pack credits you can track up to 20 AI-visibility prompts per site.
- Rank positions come from Google Search Console and use no credits. A daily real-Google rank check is not offered yet; it will be described here before it is charged.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
- More than 49 extra sites or custom needs: Enterprise, by quote (contact@seops.app).
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice in the dashboard; changes apply from your next billing period.
Billing, renewal and changes
- Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited (and its affiliates). Paddle handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, taxes and refunds; the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms apply to every purchase in addition to these terms.
- Capacity is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.
- When you increase capacity, the difference for the rest of the current period is charged immediately to your payment method on file, pro rata, after you confirm the amount shown. When you decrease capacity, the difference is credited to your next invoice; no cash refund is made for a decrease.
- You can cancel at any time from My account → Invoices (the Paddle customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; afterwards your capacity returns to the free site. Your sites, keywords and history are kept; you only cannot add new sites beyond your capacity.
- If a payment fails, Paddle retries it; if the subscription remains unpaid, the paid capacity is removed after the grace period.
Refunds
If seops does not work for you, write to contact@seops.app within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full through Paddle. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory right of withdrawal. Later renewals and pro-rated changes are not refunded, except where the law requires it or the service was unavailable for an extended period through our fault. Paddle may also be contacted directly at paddle.net.
Trials and promotions
During a trial campaign a new account gets a larger capacity free for a limited time without a card. When the trial ends, capacity returns to what you pay for; nothing is deleted. One-time introductory discounts apply to the first payment only. We may change or end campaigns at any time; an active trial keeps its announced end date.
Unacceptable use
- Trying to access another site's data or to bypass verification.
- Overloading the service, creating accounts automatically, sharing one account between unrelated organisations to avoid paying, or circumventing limits.
- Using the service for unlawful purposes or against the terms of the connected providers.
We may suspend or close accounts in these cases.
AI features
- AI visibility asks the AI engines enabled for your workspace (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) the prompts you track, with live web search, through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Answers depend on the engines and on search results at that moment; they are samples, not a guarantee of how a given user will see your brand.
- Prompts, AI-generated prompt templates, security findings, content drafts and social posts produced with the help of AI models are for information. You review them before acting on or publishing them.
- The Content and sharing module publishes to your social accounts only after your approval, at the time you choose; you are responsible for what is published under your accounts.
- An AI assistant connected through MCP acts within the scope you approve and only on your own workspace.
seops Analytics
seops Analytics is an optional, cookieless visit counter you add to your own site with one script tag. It is part of the service under these terms, with the following additions:
- You may install the script only on sites you added to seops and own or are authorised to manage. Hits from other hostnames are discarded.
- For the visitor data collected on your site, you are the data controller and seops is your processor. The Data Processing Addendum is part of these terms and applies as soon as the first hit arrives. The list of subprocessors is published separately.
- You tell your visitors about the measurement in your own privacy notice; a ready-made sentence is in the privacy policy. seops Analytics sets no cookies, uses no browser storage and keeps no persistent identifier. Whether your site needs a consent banner depends on the law that applies to you and on anything else your site runs; that decision is yours.
- Do not send personal data in event names or properties (no e-mail addresses, names, account IDs or free text typed by visitors). Values are truncated and stored as you send them.
- Each site includes 100,000 page views a month. Above that, collection continues and the dashboard shows a notice; a credit pack for higher volumes will be published here before it is charged.
- Counts are measurements, not an audit: known crawlers are filtered, ad blockers and disabled JavaScript hide some visitors, long date ranges read from daily summaries. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for contractual or legal claims.
Third-party services
Data comes from providers such as Google, Cloudflare, Microsoft Bing, Yandex, Bluesky and AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity), whose own terms apply. seops does not use a third-party SERP data provider. We are not responsible for their outages, limits or errors.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Rankings, traffic, audits and suggestions are for information; no particular search result, ranking or AI mention is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
To close your account, use My account → Delete account or write to contact@seops.app; an active subscription is cancelled and your data is deleted within the periods in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
If we update these terms we change the date above and announce significant changes in the dashboard. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
