How to watch Hostinger VPS backups
See Hostinger VPS automatic backups and snapshots in seops; take a snapshot in one click.
The Hostinger API lists VPS backups and the snapshot; seops warns when they go stale and can take a new snapshot. Shared-hosting backups are not in the API; for WordPress on shared hosting use the UpdraftPlus guide.

Steps

Create an API token
In hPanel: Profile → API → New token. Copy it.

Add the token as a Worker Secret
There is no token field in the dashboard: the token is added to the panel's Cloudflare Worker as a Secret named
HOSTINGER_API_TOKEN. The panel admin does this; the status shows in the Hostinger row under Account › Settings and usage › Connections. -
Pick the VPS
In seops open Settings › Project settings and find the Connections · backups and WordPress card. Choose the server from the Hostinger VPS list, Save (the list appears once the token is set).
