How to read it

Title: Google desktop shows about 600 px (50–60 characters in most fonts); the rest is cut. Pixel width is measured with Arial 20 px.
Description: about 920 px (150–160 characters). Google often writes its own snippet; still, do not leave it empty.
Canonical: should be absolute and, on most pages, point to itself. A canonical pointing elsewhere asks Google not to index this page.
hreflang: every language version lists the others and itself; x-default is recommended.
og:image: 1200×630 px, under 8 MB, absolute URL. For X, twitter:card = summary_large_image.
